The financial markets are happy acknowledging the 4 % increase. The nine months of sales of the manufacturer, therefore, exceeds $4.6 billion. These results are considered very successful, especialy compared to the sales drop of the competitors (like HP or DELL) in the storage industry.

As for the product portfolo results of the popular FAS (Data ONTAP based), the corporate FAS6200 series brought 19%, and the FAS3200 16% increase since the previous quarter. The real surprise, however, is the entry level FAS2200 product family, bringing 55% increase since the quarterly results of a year earlier. It clearly shows that the demand of SME sector for intelligent storage is dynamically growing, despite all crises and financial restrains.
